About Counsellor:
Graduated in Physics from Kerala University in 1983. BSC(PHYSICS) An experienced retired Senior Police Officer (DYSP ) from the Kerala Police Service. He was also engaged as a guest faculty in the Kerala Police Academy, Coast Guard Training Center at Fort Kochi and the National Institute of Fisheries Administration and Management at Aluva. Throughout these years, He have become sort of an expert in teaching Marine laws, Cyber Crimes and Security related matters to police officers, students as well as the public. He also conduct motivational classes for students regularly. Post- retirement, he found himself working in the role of guest faculty at the National Institute of Fire Engineering, Kochi. He also involved as Subject-Matter Expert (SME) in security related matters at the Kerala Academy for Skills and Excellence. Additionally, He is part of the Anti Ragging Cell of Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering, Kadayiruppu.Kerala,India.He completed Master's in Psychology .

I happened to hear a career guidance class held as part of the SNDP Union and felt interested in it. I took up personal counseling for my daughter. It was very beneficial for my daughter and helped her to choose true talent. This increased her confidence level, made her highly motivated, and enabled her to make decisions that would advance her career path. Many thanks to Sajeev sir and his institute for helping with this. I wish and pray that this movement will lead many people to their successful path.
